This notice explains how K Travel Co. uses information submitted through this website, its trip inquiry form, and its guide signup form.
Information you may provide
The inquiry form may ask for your name, contact information, travel interests, approximate dates, destination ideas, budget range, and other details you choose to share about a possible trip. The guide signup form may ask for your email address, first name, and marketing preference.
How the information is used
K Travel Co. uses inquiry information to respond to you, discuss travel-planning services, and follow up about your request. Guide signup information is used to provide access to the requested guide. If you separately choose to receive marketing, your email may also be used for K Travel Co. news, travel inspiration, supplier offers, and business updates. Your information is not sold or used for unrelated purposes.
Microsoft Forms
The inquiry and guide signup forms are provided through Microsoft Forms, which processes and stores form responses on behalf of K Travel Co. Microsoft states that Forms data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Microsoft’s own privacy terms also apply to its service.
Website analytics
K Travel Co. uses Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser details, and how visitors interact with the site. Google may process this information under its own privacy terms. You can limit this collection through your browser’s privacy settings or tracking controls.
Sharing and future bookings
Inquiry information is for K Travel Co.’s use. If you decide to move forward with a booking, additional information may be requested and shared as needed with WorldVia Travel Network and the travel suppliers involved in your trip. That information should not be submitted through the initial website inquiry form unless specifically requested.
How long information is kept
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain the business relationship, provide requested services, meet applicable recordkeeping obligations, or resolve a concern.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or ask not to receive marketing messages, by emailing kendra@ktravelcompany.com.
Please do not submit sensitive information
Do not include passport numbers, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, account passwords, or other sensitive identification details in the inquiry form.
